| ERb

Estrogen receptor β(ERβ), also known as NR3A2, is one of the two main types of estrogen receptor, a nuclear receptor activated by the sex hormone estrogen. A member of the estrogen receptor family and the nuclear receptor transcription factor superfamily, this gene product contains an n-terminal DNA binding domain and a C-terminal ligand binding domain and is localized in the nucleus, cytoplasm, and mitochondria. ERβ may inhibit cell proliferation and oppose the role of ERα in reproductive tissue.

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse ERb spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
